Our Repair Process – Clear, Transparent, and Efficient
All equipment is brought to our repair center and carefully booked into our system. An assessment fee is charged to begin diagnostics. Once assessed, we determine whether the unit is still under Lux Power warranty:

✅ If under warranty: Repairs are carried out at no cost, and the assessment fee is waived.

💬 If out of warranty: A detailed quote is sent to you. If accepted, the repair proceeds and the assessment fee is credited toward the repair.
Throughout the process, you’ll receive regular updates on the status of your repair.
Turnaround times vary depending on parts availability, but in most cases, we aim to complete repairs within 1–3 working days.
